Iron Rechroming Service The Iron Factory of Escondido, California provides golf club repair services specializing in rechroming and refinishing irons. We recently sent off a club to be refinished and to experience the quality of work accomplished by proprietors, Jim and Maria Kronus. Below are the before and after pictures of the club that we sent to have rechromed. As you can see, the results were outstanding. More Pictures The rechroming service costs $16 per club and includes stripping, polishing, blasting the face, chroming and repainting of the stampings. In addition to the rechroming service, The Iron Factory will also rebuild a set of clubs which includes new steel shafts, rubber grips, balance, polish, blast, rechrome, and repainting of all stampings for $28 per club.
