Nike Golf Balls

The difference in the Nike One and the Nike One TW lies with Woods' desire to play a ball that has a lower trajectory than what the average golfer may play. The cover of the Nike One TW is slightly softer to enhance Wood's creative short game and the spin rate is slightly higher. The end result of the Nike One is a ball that flies higher than what Woods uses in competition but responds comparably from the fairway and around the green. Availability is set for late June with a suggested retail price of $57.

Nike Golf Balls

  • Nike Golf has redesigned the entire Power Distance line now called the Power Distance Super Series. By varying the compression and dimple pattern of each ball in the Super Series, Nike Golf has created three models: Super Far (faster velocity, longer distance), Super Fly (more carry, longer distance), and Super Soft (softer feel, longer distance). The new golf balls feature what Nike Golf calls Super Flex Core technology. The concept is based on simple physics results is increased forgiveness on off-center shots and maximum energy transfer to the ball also promising greater distance. The Powersphere also assists in dampening the vibration at impact. Also introduced is their MAC Quick-Fit and Quick-Grip System, and innovative driver fitting system that allows professionals to custom fit golfers with choice of loft, face angle, type of shaft, length, grip.
